Kevin Yawney of Mineral Point, MO was born July 29, 1961 in Denver, CO a son to the late Calvin Yawney and Lillian (Critsen) Yawney. Kevin departed this life Sunday August 11, 2019 having reached the age of 58 Years and 13 days.
On June 13, 1984 Kevin was united in marriage to Candy Dickinson and they shared 35 wonderful years together.
Kevin is survived by his loving wife Candy Dickinson of Mineral Point MO, two daughters Tiffine Jarvis and husband Matt of Ironton, MO, Jenny Trokey and husband John of Cadet, MO, one son Dennis “DJ” Yawney and Cecilia of Colorado Springs, CO, nine grandchildren, Jessie, JJ, Mathew, Mary, Collean, Thomas, Devon, Collin, Aiden, Bennett, one great grandchild Dinah and Mother-in-law Virginia Dickinson of Alamo, TX
Kevin worked many years as a construction worker and was an avid outdoors man. The outdoor was his second home. Kevin was also a baseball fan and loved the cardinals. He never missed a game whether it be on TV or going to the stadium to cheer them on. The biggest love Kevin had was for his family. He loved to host a big barbeque for everyone and relax playing with his grandchildren and visiting with family. Kevin will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
