Marian (Delashmit) Watson of St. Clair, Missouri, was born October 17, 1936, in Palmer, Missouri, a daughter of the late William Guy and Lola Agnes (Moses) Delashmit. Marian departed this life Saturday, April 13, 2019, having reached the age of 82 Years, 5 Months and 27 Days.
Marian was united in marriage to Jimmie Watson on July 7, 2001, in St. Clair, Missouri.
Marian is survived by her loving husband, Jimmie Watson of St. Clair, MO, four sons, William Arthur “Sonny” Goodson of Belgrade, MO, Lonnie Goodson and companion Barbara of Belgrade, MO, Lennie Goodson of Belgrade, MO, Darrin Portell and wife Noreen of Pacific, MO, three step-daughters, Kathy Nevells and husband Butch of St. Clair, MO, Lynn Watson of St. Clair, MO, Glenda Alexander-Donahue and husband Dennis of High Ridge, MO, three step-sons, David Watson and wife Judith of Florida, James Watson and wife Tammy on Union, MO, Jeff Watson and wife Laura of St. Clair, MO, two sisters, Bernell “Bea” Hellwig of Potosi, MO, Ann Marie Buckley of Potosi, MO, one brother, Donald “Gene” Delashmit and wife Patsy of Belleview, MO, two sisters-in-law, Rhonda Delashmit of Potosi, MO, LaDonna Delashmit of Belgrade, MO and by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, Marian was also preceded in death by one sister, Dollie Delashmit, two brothers, Lovell Lavern Delashmit and William Wade Delashmit, Sr.
Marian had a great love for her family and greatly enjoyed baking all of their favorite foods. She enjoyed canning to have fresh canned goods during the winter months. She enjoyed going shopping with her family and friends.
